Lamont Street Partners is a boutique real estate investment firm, founded in 2010 to capitalize on distressed multi-family investment opportunities.  Since then, we have grown organically through a network of personal and professional relationships.  Recent acquisitions have featured distressed office, REO retail, partnership buy outs, multifamily portfolios from private sellers and CMBS special servicer sales.  We now focus on opportunistic real estate in any asset category located throughout the United States.  We appreciate a wide range of deal dynamics as we tailor the risk profile and hold period with our investment partners.

The driving philosophy of Lamont Street Partners is to create value through a combination of (i) investing in non-major markets to capture attractive acquisition pricing, (ii) financing smartly and not over-leveraging, (iii) mitigating risk with in-place cash flow, and (iv) ensuring in-house, hands-on property, construction and asset management for each asset, investment and partnership.

Prior to founding Lamont Street, the principals spent the prior two decades financing and structuring cross-border real estate transactions.  Since inception through year-end 2016, Lamont Street has acquired in partnership more than 60 assets including over 2,500,000 square feet of commercial space and 5,000 apartment units in a dozen states.
